Night Guards
Like other treatments in our office, we customize the type of night guard that is recommended for each individual. In fact, we make 5 different guards depending on the circumstance of the patient. Wearing a protective guard while sleeping can help in various ways from muscle relaxation to preventing premature wearing down of teeth. It’s also important to assess a person’s jaw joints as well as sleep habits when customizing a night guard.
